How is Premium different from Free?

Premium offers access to all server locations, ultra-fast premium servers, an ad-free experience, 24/7 priority support, and advanced features like split tunneling and custom DNS settings. You can also connect up to 5 devices simultaneously.

Can I switch between Free and Premium?

Yes, you can easily upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Free at any time through the App Store. Your new plan will take effect immediately.

Is there a speed limit on the Free plan?

Free users have access to our standard speed servers. For the fastest possible connections and premium server access, we recommend upgrading to Premium.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your TopStar VPN subscription is managed through your Apple ID. You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings app or through the App Store.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Since all subscriptions are handled through the App Store, refunds are processed according to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund directly through Apple's support.
